What makes SoftInch different?

Most shoes come with a thin, flat insole that leaves your feet aching. SoftInch swaps it for thick, shock absorbing cloud foam with arch support and massage dots, for instant relief from heel, arch and foot pain. Full length, in 8 true shoe sizes from US 5 to 15 and 5 colors.

Which size should I pick?

Pick the band with your usual shoe size. If you are between two sizes, pick the bigger one. The size guide lists every band with its US sizes.

Will they fit my shoes?

They fit sneakers, boots and casual shoes with a removable insole. Take the old insole out first: these are thicker, and two insoles together make a shoe tight.

How do they feel?

Soft and springy, with relief from the very first step. The base is thick, shock absorbing cloud foam, and the top is a breathable mesh with raised massage dots.

Will they help my foot pain?

Yes. SoftInch can bring relief from many foot conditions, including plantar fasciitis, heel pain, arch pain and ball of foot pain (metatarsalgia). The cloud foam absorbs shock and the arch support eases strain, for less pain and healthier feet. For severe or ongoing pain, see your doctor too.

Will they help my knees and back?

Yes. The cloud foam absorbs the shock of every step before it reaches your knees, hips and back, and the arch support helps your posture and alignment.

Which colors come in my size?

Black, gray and orange come in every size, in packs of 1, 2 or 3 pairs. Sky blue and blue come in sizes up to men's US 12 (EU 46), in packs of 1 or 2 pairs.

Will they go flat?

If your pair goes flat within 60 days, send us a photo and we send you a new pair, completely free.

Why are there no reviews yet?

We are a new brand, and we only show real reviews. Until they come in, we back them with one simple promise: if a pair goes flat within 60 days, we send you a new pair free.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is free and tracked. In the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom most orders arrive 7 to 14 days after you order. New Zealand, Australia and Ireland take a few days more. See Shipping for each country.

Is the packaging discreet?

Orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging. Like any international parcel, the shipping label lists the contents for customs.

What if they are not for me?

You can return unworn pairs within 30 days for a refund. Return shipping is paid by you. See Returns and Guarantee.
