Collection: Insoles for Work Boots

Broken in, fits right, plenty of leather left. Your boots are fine. The insole they came with isn't: a few millimeters of foam that pressed flat weeks ago.

Pull it out and slide in SoftInch. Comfort Insoles give you soft cloud foam for long days on concrete. Arch Support Insoles give you a firm arch and a deep heel cup if your heels and arches take the hit. Free tracked shipping.

How to fit insoles in work boots

Take the factory insole out first. Most work boots have one that lifts out. Stacking two makes the boot tight and your heel slips.

Pick your boot size. The Comfort Insoles come in 8 sizes, US Women's 5 to Men's 15. The Arch Support Insoles come in 2 sizes and trim to fit along the printed lines.

Soft or firm? Cushion for feet that are done by the end of the shift. A firm arch for heels and arches that hurt from the first step.

A pair for each pair. One for your work boots, one for the shoes you wear after. Right now, 2 pairs come with free compression socks.

How long do they last in work boots? If your SoftInch Comfort Insoles go flat within 60 days, send us a photo and we send a new pair, completely free.
