S fits US women's 5 to 9 and men's 5 to 7.5 (EU 35 to 40). L fits men's 7.5 to 12 and women's 9 and up (EU 40 to 46). Between sizes? Pick L and trim it along the printed lines.

How are they different from the Comfort Insoles?

These have a firm, raised arch and a deep heel cup, for feet that want support. The Comfort Insoles are soft cloud foam, for tired feet after long days standing.

Are the socks really free?

Yes. Pick 2 or 3 pairs and one pack of compression socks (2 pairs, a $24.98 value) goes into your cart by itself, at no cost. We pick S/M or L/XL from your insole size.
