Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland.

Outside the United States, your country may charge import taxes or duties when the parcel arrives. These are not included in our price.

Shipping is free on every order, with tracking.

Your order is packed and handed to the carrier within 3 to 5 business days.

Orders ship by tracked post from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in China. Once packed, they take:

United States, Canada and the United Kingdom: 4 to 7 days on the way, so most orders arrive 7 to 14 days after you order.
New Zealand: 4 to 8 days on the way, so most orders arrive 7 to 15 days after you order.
Australia: 6 to 10 days on the way, so most orders arrive 9 to 17 days after you order.
Ireland: 7 to 11 days on the way, so most orders arrive 10 to 18 days after you order.

Busy periods such as holidays can add a few days.

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. It can take a day or two to show its first scan.

Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging. Like any international parcel, the shipping label lists the contents for customs.

If your order has not arrived 21 days after you ordered, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund you.

Check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us before your order ships and we will update it.
