Our promise: flat in 60 days, new pair free

If a pair of SoftInch Comfort Insoles goes flat within 60 days of delivery, send us a photo with your order number and we will send you a new pair, completely free, shipping included.

Returns

Changed your mind? You can return unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first with your order number and we will send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by you. When the return arrives, we refund what you paid for the items to your original payment method. Worn insoles cannot be returned.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it free.

Cancelling an order

Contact us before your order ships and we will cancel it and refund you in full.

When you get your money

We issue your refund as soon as we approve it. Your bank or card provider may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Orders placed before October 21, 2026

They keep the guarantee that applied when you ordered: 60 days to decide with a full refund, and a new pair if they go flat within 6 months.
